These Terms of Use apply to your use of the SONA mobile application. SONA is provided by Darmel Solutions SL, a company based in Spain (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using SONA, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
SONA provides relaxing sounds and sleep music for personal, non-commercial use. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Subscriptions
SONA may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions for full access to premium content. The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial when shown in the app and when you are eligible. The available plan, price, billing period, trial terms, and included access are displayed before you confirm a purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase or when a free trial ends. Unless canceled, a subscription renews automatically for the same billing period at the price displayed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription or trial period. Pricing, taxes, currency, and trial availability may vary by country or region.
Apple handles billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under the rules applicable to your App Store account. Restoring an eligible purchase does not create a new charge.
License and Content
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use SONA and its content for lawful, non-commercial purposes. All audio, artwork, design, and app materials are provided for use inside SONA only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or extract app content except where allowed by law.
Availability
We aim to keep the app and hosted content available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, catalog items, and pricing may change over time.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the SONA Privacy Policy.
Apple Terms
Your license to use the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement that agreement. If there is a conflict, mandatory law and Apple’s applicable terms control to the extent required.
Termination
You may stop using SONA at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, protect the service, or comply with law. Termination does not affect subscription charges already processed by Apple or any rights that must survive under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
SONA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits the mandatory rights of consumers.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Any dispute will be handled by the courts determined under applicable consumer law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the app, our services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
